Prints of size 30x40cm and bigger must be shipped in a cardboard tube, separated from other articles. It may be possible to add 20x30cm prints in the tube and combine shipping for certain types of articles.

✧ Shipping ✧
Everything is packed and shipped by myself, from France.
- France : shipping should take from 2 to 5 days to arrive. Tracking is automatically added for orders of 20€ and more, without additional fees.
- Rest of the world : shipping should take up to 2 weeks to arrive; delays are to be expected if your package goes through customs. Tracking is added for every order if it's available from my country to yours.
Please note that these are just estimations and packages may arrive faster or slower due to unpredictable events.
✧ Shipping packages ✧
- Prints are shipped in solid cardboard enveloppes; they are unlikely to be bent.
- Most accessories will be sent in cardboard boxes; some products might need to ship separately from prints.
- Prints of size 30x40cm and bigger will be sent in a tube container.
If you notice that your package has been damaged during transit please contact me immediately after receiving your order.
✧ International Taxes & Duties ✧
Orders shipping to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. Sadly I have no control over this, and am not responsible for these expenses.
✧ Preorders ✧
Preorders ship usually up to 2 weeks after the closure of the orders.
Orders containing Preorder items will ship once all the articles of your order are ready.
✧ Made to order & Ready to ship ✧
I usually keep a low volume of stocks so most articles will be made to order.
Production and shipping takes usually about 10 days but it can take up to 3 weeks.
Some items can be ready to ship, these products can be shipped quicker.
✧ Cancel ✧
You can cancel an order before it has shipped.
Contact the shop with the Contact form, or send an e-mail to the adress at the top of this page. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
✧ Paper ✧
My work is printed on professional photographic paper " Fujifilm Crystal Archive " in 200gr/m² .
I work with different finishes : shiny gloss, semi-matte, matte, metallic.
✧ Frames ✧
All prints are sold without frames unless the article specifically mentions that the frame is included.
